As a professional adult educator and coach, I have a passion for seeing lives transformed and in my quest to continually enhance my skills, I've undergone tutor led, interactive and practice-based training in coaching that is specific to ADHD. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, supportive space where you can embrace your unique strengths, navigate challenges, and unleash your full potential.

all of which can impact on your capacity to function at home, in relationships and work.

In my coaching sessions we will work together to:

  • set goals and devise plans

  • address unhelpful, limiting or negative thinking

  • create and practise new habits, routines and accountability

  • develop resilience

all in a safe and empowering space where you will feel heard and supported.

1:1 ADHD Coaching

Are you an adult with ADHD who has been diagnosed or waiting for diagnosis?

My coaching services will help you to:

  • start to understand yourself and your neurodiverse condition

  • overcome stress and become happier and more productive in your work and home environment

  • achieve success at work without suffering burnout or exhaustion

  • replace wishful thinking with powerful, result orientated action

We can work together to move you from where you are, to where you want to be, in an empowering, safe space.

Sessions will be 60 minutes long, held remotely on a weekly basis, based on your specific needs.

ADHD Group Coaching

Are you an adult with ADHD who would benefit from group coaching sessions? We will offer group sessions where like-minded people can log in and chat and empower one another.

You will benefit from:

  • specialist coaching

  • the benefit of feeling connected

  • developing a feeling of belonging

  • higher levels of accountability

This is a 8-week programme and sessions are 60 minutes long, held remotely and will occur once a week until the programme ends.
