At KLR Coaching I offer coaching services to adults who have, or are awaiting an ADHD diagnosis. I have a passion for seeing lives transformed in a safe and empowering space, supporting adults to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. I'm passionate about empowering adults with ADHD to thrive in their personal and professional lives, and I believe it's in everyone’s interest that ADHDers are given the appropriate level of support and reasonable adjustments to assist them to work effectively, capitalise on their strengths and talents and navigate any difficulties; thus becoming the best version of themselves whether at home or at work.
